Following a major renovation which added 160 square feet to the home's interior, it was repainted in a coastal color scheme of cream and blue. Later renovations added a back patio and garden patio. New outbuildings were built and an existing workshop was enlarged. Crepe myrtle trees and fruit trees and front and rear flower gardens were planted on the property.
